You can configure IP Authorization by following the steps below
- Navigate to IP Authorization page.
- Enter your IP address.
- Click Save Changes button.
Troubleshooting
Did you receive one of the following errors? Follow the steps below to fix them.
Error: Another account is using this IP address
- Login to your other account.
- Navigate to IP Authorizations page.
- Remove the IP address
- Click Save Changes button.
If you do not remember your other account, contact us at contact@webshare.io.
Error: IP address was recently removed from another account
You need to wait 24 hours before adding an IP address to your account.
