How To Resolve Proxy Errors
You can troubleshoot most of the proxy issues by navigating to the Proxy Errors stats page by following the steps below:
- Navigate to Proxy Error page.
- The top cause of errors will be listed on the Proxy Errors widget.
- You can follow the How to fix? steps to resolve any proxy errors.
I don't see any errors in the Proxy Error page but my proxy does not connect
If you do not see any errors in the Proxy Error page, make sure that you can send requests to Webshare Proxy by viewing your Proxy Stats page. If there are no successful requests on the Proxy State page, your proxy is not configured successfully in your application. In this case, we recommend reading Setup & Configure Proxies help section.
My proxies are banned
