Private Proxy Servers

A dedicated datacenter proxy is used exclusively by a single user, while a private datacenter proxy is shared with up to two other users at the same, making it more affordable but with slightly less performance and a marginally higher chance of detection.

Residential proxies use IP addresses assigned by real Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to homeowners, so they appear as genuine user connections and are harder to detect or block. Datacenter proxies, on the other hand, come from servers in data centers, making them faster and cheaper but easier for websites to identify as proxies. Learn more.

By default, your plan will auto-renew at the end of your subscription term. If this auto-renewal fails, you will receive an email with a link to make your renewal payment manually in 48 hours.

Webshare supports payments through

Google Pay and Apple Pay options are only accessible through mobile devices.

Please contact us if you need help making payments with these supported payment methods. Unfortunately, we don't have plans to support other payment methods right now, but we're always looking for ways to improve our service.

At Webshare, we want to make sure you are satisfied with our service, so we offer refunds to customers who cancel their subscriptions within 2 days of the original payment transaction, as long as the following conditions are met:

• Your active subscription bandwidth usage must be below 1GB for proxy server or static residential plans, or below 0.1GB for rotating residential plans
• The number of proxies used in the subscription must be below 1,000
